Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chopped or chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies

Instructions
 

  • 1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • 2. Melt white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • 3. Remove from heat and mix in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • 4. Fold in most of the crushed peppermint candies.
  • 5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • 6. Top with remaining crushed peppermint and press gently.
  • 7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
  • 8. Lift out, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes
