Ingredients

  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries optional
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk for glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract or pink food coloring for glaze, optional

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease.
  • 2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • 3. Gradually stir in the strawberry cake mix until a thick batter forms.
  • 4. Fold in white chocolate chips and some of the freeze-dried strawberries if using.
  • 5. Spread the batter evenly into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • 6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • 7. Let brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • 8. For glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, and extract or coloring. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
  • 9. Let the glaze set before slicing.
  • 10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Let brownies cool fully before glazing to avoid a runny mess.
For cleaner cuts, chill the brownies before slicing.
Freeze-dried strawberries on top give a bakery-worthy look and extra flavor.
