Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices mini pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • olive oil spray as needed

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
  • 3. Scoop small portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart and flattening slightly.
  • 4. Add pepperoni slices on top of each portion.
  • 5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over each chip.
  • 6. Lightly spray with olive oil for better crisping.
  • 7. Bake for 8–12 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  • 8. Remove from oven and allow chips to cool for a few minutes to firm up.
  • 9. Serve immediately and enjoy your crunchy keto snack.
