Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 orange segmented
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat them dry
  • 2. Slice strawberries, peel and cut kiwi, dice mango and apple, and halve grapes
  • 3. Segment the orange and prepare all fruits into bite-sized pieces
  • 4. Mix lime juice and honey in a small bowl
  • 5. Combine all fruits in a large bowl
  • 6. Pour dressing over the fruits
  • 7. Gently toss to combine
  • 8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving
  • 9. Garnish with mint and serve

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture
Add soft fruits like bananas just before serving
Chill before serving for best flavor
