Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cooked rice, peas, soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • 4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  • 5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • 6. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if using.
  • 7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and flavor.
Taste the filling before adding salt, especially if your soup or chicken is already seasoned.
