  • 36 peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • 8 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup chocolate ganache or fudge sauce

Instructions
 

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • 2. Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep the mixture fluffy.
  • 3. Layer half the peanut butter sandwich cookies in a 9x13 dish.
  • 4. Spread half the cream mixture over the cookies evenly.
  • 5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce over the cream layer.
  • 6. Repeat layers with remaining cookies and cream.
  • 7. Top with extra crushed cookies, mini chocolate chips, and final drizzle of sauces.
  • 8. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Chilling overnight improves the texture and flavor.
Use stabilized homemade whipped cream if not using store-bought topping.
