Ingredients

  • 113 g cream cheese softened
  • 120 g creamy peanut butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 80 g crushed graham crackers
  • 300 g white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 50 g dark chocolate for drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  • 1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  • 2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and creamy.
  • 3. Fold in crushed graham crackers until evenly incorporated.
  • 4. If mixture is too soft, chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
  • 5. Roll tablespoon-sized scoops into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • 6. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • 7. Melt white chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 8. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the tray.
  • 9. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the coated balls.
  • 10. Immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before chocolate sets.
  • 11. Chill the finished balls for at least 20 minutes or until chocolate coating hardens.
  • 12. Serve or store in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for even-sized balls.
Make sure the balls are well chilled before dipping to help the coating set smoothly.
Natural peanut butter can be used, but mix thoroughly to avoid oily texture.
