  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2. Gradually add chia seeds while whisking continuously to prevent clumping.
  • 3. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then stir again thoroughly.
  • 4. Transfer to jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.
  • 5. Check consistency and adjust with a splash of milk if too thick or more chia seeds if too thin.
  • 6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon flavor if needed.
  • 7. Serve chilled with toppings like berries, nuts, or granola.
