- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles jimmies
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 2 –3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
