Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • 1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  • 3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible for folding.
  • 4. Place a large tortilla flat and add seasoned beef in the center.
  • 5. Spread nacho cheese sauce over the beef and sprinkle shredded cheese.
  • 6. Place a tostada shell on top to create the crunch layer.
  • 7. Add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions evenly.
  • 8. Fold the tortilla edges inward to form a sealed wrap.
  • 9. Place seam-side down in a skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  • 10. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and heated through.

Notes

Do not overfill the wrap to ensure it seals properly and stays intact أثناء cooking.
Always cook seam-side down first to lock the folds and prevent opening.
Use medium heat to achieve a crispy exterior without burning the tortilla.
