- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/3 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
