Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash and thoroughly dry the green beans, then trim the ends.
  • 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.
  • 3. Coat green beans in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  • 4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • 5. Fry green beans in small batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • 6. Remove and drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
  • 7. Season immediately with a pinch of salt.
  • 8. Mix dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • 9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness
Maintain oil temperature at 350°F for best results
Do not overcrowd the pan while frying
