Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth
  • 3. Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing until fully incorporated
  • 4. Stir in baking soda evenly throughout the batter
  • 5. Fold in chocolate chips gently
  • 6. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full
  • 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until tops are golden and set
  • 8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture; natural peanut butter may make muffins softer
Do not overmix the batter to keep muffins light and tender
Let muffins cool slightly before removing to prevent crumbling
