- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese optional
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
