- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles jimmies
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper
