- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
