- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- few drops food coloring optional
1. In separate bowls, dissolve each gelatin flavor in boiling water
2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted
3. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract
4. Enhance color with food coloring if desired
5. Chill mixture until partially set
6. Roll into small balls using your hands
7. Coat each ball in shredded coconut
8. Refrigerate again until firm
9. Serve chilled
Use finely shredded coconut for best texture
