- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

- 1 pound fresh strawberries washed, hulled, and dried
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam optional
