Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 cup red grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup mango, diced

1 apple, diced

1 orange, segmented

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped


Instructions

1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat them dry

2. Slice strawberries, peel and cut kiwi, dice mango and apple, and halve grapes

3. Segment the orange and prepare all fruits into bite-sized pieces

4. Mix lime juice and honey in a small bowl

5. Combine all fruits in a large bowl

6. Pour dressing over the fruits

7. Gently toss to combine

8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving

9. Garnish with mint and serve


Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture
