Whether you’re looking for a quick snack, easy dessert, or creative party treat, this no-bake recipe delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale

5 cups rice or corn square cereal

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

46 drops green food coloring

2 tablespoons festive sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla extract and green food coloring until evenly combined.

4. Place cereal in a large bowl and gently pour the melted mixture over it, folding carefully to coat all pieces.

5. Transfer coated cereal into a large zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.

6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and allow it to cool completely.

7. Add sprinkles if desired, then serve or store.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for a more vibrant green without adding excess moisture.

Allow the mixture to cool fully before storing to keep the texture crisp.

Shake gently when coating to avoid crushing the cereal pieces.
