Ingredients

2 lbs chicken drumsticks or thighs

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1/2 cup unsalted butter

6 whole pepperoncini peppers

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken dry and season with black pepper

2. Sear the chicken until golden brown (optional)

3. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant

4. Place chicken in slow cooker

5. Add ranch seasoning and au jus mix

6. Top with butter

7. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice

8. Pour in chicken broth
