Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups mini chocolate eggs crushed slightly

1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.

4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.

6. Fold in mini eggs and chocolate chips.

7. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

8. Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheets.

9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

10. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the cookies soft and chewy.

Chilling the dough enhances flavor and texture.

Add extra mini eggs on top for better presentation.
