- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
- 6 slices turkey, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
- Add the Turkey and Cheese: Cut the turkey slices into strips and add them to the bowl with the vegetables. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan.
