Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

4 large flour tortillas

4 tostada shells

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.

2. Add taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.

3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible for folding.

4. Place a large tortilla flat and add seasoned beef in the center.

5. Spread nacho cheese sauce over the beef and sprinkle shredded cheese.

6. Place a tostada shell on top to create the crunch layer.

7. Add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions evenly.

8. Fold the tortilla edges inward to form a sealed wrap.

9. Place seam-side down in a skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

10. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and heated through.

Notes

Do not overfill the wrap to ensure it seals properly and stays intact أثناء cooking.

Always cook seam-side down first to lock the folds and prevent opening.

Use medium heat to achieve a crispy exterior without burning the tortilla.
