Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or zip-top bag and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.

5. Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.

6. Pour pancake batter onto the skillet to form medium-sized pancakes.
