Description

This Easter Crockpot Candy is the ultimate easy dessert for spring celebrations, Easter baskets, party trays, and homemade gifts. Creamy white chocolate, crunchy peanuts, chewy marshmallows, colorful pastel candies, and festive sprinkles come together in the slow cooker for a simple no-bake treat everyone loves. Whether you need quick dessert ideas, fun holiday snacks, easy Easter recipes, or sweet party food ideas, these candy clusters are always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds white almond bark

2 cups white chocolate chips

3 cups dry roasted peanuts

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup pastel M&M’s

1/2 cup mini pretzel pieces

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate eggs

2 tablespoons Easter sprinkles

Instructions

1. Lightly spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray or use a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup.

2. Break the almond bark into smaller pieces and place it into the crockpot along with the white chocolate chips.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate becomes smooth and creamy.

4. Stir in the coconut oil and vanilla extract to create a glossy texture and richer flavor.

5. Add the peanuts and pretzel pieces, stirring until everything is evenly coated in melted chocolate.

6. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then gently fold in the mini marshmallows.

7. Line baking trays or countertops with parchment paper or wax paper.

8. Scoop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto the prepared surface to create candy clusters.

9. Immediately top each cluster with pastel M&M’s, candy eggs, and Easter sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

10. Allow the candy to cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.

11. Once hardened, serve immediately or store in airtight containers.

Notes

Use low heat only to prevent the chocolate from burning or becoming grainy.

Add marshmallows after the chocolate cools slightly so they keep their soft texture.

Place extra candies and sprinkles on top immediately after scooping for the most colorful presentation.
