Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets

2 cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

2. Add spinach and cook until fully wilted, then remove excess moisture and let it cool.

3. Mix spinach with feta cheese and cream cheese until creamy and well combined.

4. Pat salmon fillets dry and carefully cut a pocket into each fillet.

5. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

6. Stuff each fillet with the spinach and feta mixture.

7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8. Place stuffed salmon on the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and add lemon juice.

9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through.

10. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.

11. Let rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from spinach to avoid a watery filling.

Use thick salmon fillets to make stuffing easier and prevent tearing.

Do not overcook the salmon to keep it juicy and tender.
