  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh chopped chives, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
