4 cod fillets

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil spray

2 tablespoons fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and cut into even portions if needed.

2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
