1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup cottage cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely smooth.
