Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

2 green onions, finely sliced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

5 large spinach tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.

2. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the seasonings.

3. Fold in chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, green onions, and parsley until fully combined.

4. Lay the spinach tortillas flat on a clean work surface.

5. Spread an even layer of the spinach mixture across each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the filling.

7. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and place seam-side down.

8. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

9. Remove the rolls from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.

10. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

Thoroughly drain and dry the spinach before mixing to prevent soggy pinwheels.

Chill the tortilla rolls before slicing for cleaner spirals and easier serving.

Use softened cream cheese for the smoothest filling consistency and easier spreading.
