1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg optional
1/2 teaspoon salt for sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper for sauce
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup cream cheese softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
9 lasagna noodles cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion then garlic
2. Add shredded chicken and season then cook briefly
3. Make roux with butter and flour
4. Whisk in milk and broth until thickened
5. Season sauce and simmer
6. Mix cheese filling ingredients until smooth
7. Preheat oven to 375F
8. Layer sauce noodles chicken cheese and repeat
9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan
10. Bake covered then uncovered until golden
