- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn (optional)
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Break apart the meat as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
