Perfect for easy dinner parties, quick appetizer ideas, game day spreads, or simple food ideas when you’re short on time.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

4 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh chopped herbs (parsley or chives), for garnish

1 baguette

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove (optional)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix Boursin, cream cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella until smooth.

3. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish, smooth the top, sprinkle Parmesan, and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Broil 2–3 minutes if desired.

5. Slice baguette into 1/4-inch rounds. Brush with olive oil and toast for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.

6. Optionally, rub garlic on hot crostini and sprinkle sea salt.

7. Remove dip from oven, rest 3–5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve with crostini.

Notes

Always use room-temperature cheeses for a smooth blend.

Don’t skip the olive oil — it enhances browning and flavor.

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms, bacon, or caramelized onions.
