Ingredients
4 ears corn on the cob
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir in garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer gently for 1 minute.
3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
