12 oz egg noodles
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, veggies, and seasonings.
- Fold in noodles and transfer to baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
