- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, most of the crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), and chopped green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish if serving warm.
- For Warm Dip: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
