  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce



Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, spread remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
