Ingredients

Scale

1 pre-baked pie crust

1 package strawberry gelatin (3 oz)

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup ice water

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 container whipped topping (8 oz), divided

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

1. Bake the pie crust according to package or recipe directions. Let it cool completely.

2. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.

3. Add ice water to the gelatin and let it sit until slightly thickened, about 10–15 minutes.

4. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently into the gelatin mixture.

5. Pour the gelatin and strawberry mix into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

6. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with half of the whipped topping until smooth.

7. Spread the creamy mixture over the gelatin layer once it has set.

8. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth it evenly.

9. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top just before serving.

10. Chill for another 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the gelatin slightly thicken before adding strawberries so they don’t sink.

For clean slices, chill overnight and slice with a hot knife.

Add sprinkles right before serving to keep the colors vibrant.
