Ingredients
For the Sweet Rolls:
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- ½ cup warm milk (110°F or 43°C)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
For the Cheesecake Frosting:
- 4 oz (½ cup) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (to thin, if needed)
For the Strawberry Topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Shape and Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Divide dough into equal portions and shape into rolls. Place in a greased muffin tin or baking sheet. Let rise for another 20 minutes. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
