A no-bake, layered dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, and sweet strawberry topping. Perfect for warm weather or any celebration, this cake is refreshing, creamy, and irresistibly good.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.

  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping to lighten the mixture.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Spoon the strawberry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
  8. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Slice and serve cold.
