Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet crescent dough

8 slices spicy salami

6 slices deli ham

12 slices pepperoni

6 slices provolone cheese

1/3 cup sliced banana peppers

1 large egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Unroll the crescent dough and place it on the baking sheet. Pinch seams if using perforated dough. Cut slits 2 inches in around the ring.

3. Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni in the center ring, slightly overlapping each piece.

4. Add provolone cheese slices over the meats.

5. Sprinkle banana peppers evenly over the cheese.

6. Fold over the slits of dough, tucking under to seal the ring.

7. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the dough.

8. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and cracked black pepper over the top.

9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

10. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, use crescent dough sheets to avoid dealing with seams.

Drain your banana peppers well to prevent the crust from becoming soggy.

Let the ring rest before slicing to keep everything neatly in place.
