Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
8 oz rotini pasta
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup celery sticks sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in buffalo sauce and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
3. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes). Pour buffalo garlic sauce over chicken and toss to coat.
