6 cups Lucky Charms cereal

4 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup mini marshmallows

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt


Instructions

1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

2. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.

3. Add 4 cups marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

5. Add cereal and gently mix until fully coated.

6. Fold in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.

7. Transfer mixture into prepared pan and gently press into an even layer.

8. Let cool at room temperature for 30–45 minutes.

9. Slice into squares and serve.


Notes
