Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (more for topping)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or water (for glass rim)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for glass rim)
  • Sugared cranberries or strawberries (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Optional: edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  • Rim the glasses with lemon juice and dip into sugar. Set aside.
  • Blend frozen strawberries with a splash of lemon-lime soda until smooth but thick.
  • In a separate pitcher, mix pineapple and orange juice. Chill well.
  • Fill each glass halfway with ice.
  • Pour in the juice mixture until the glass is ¾ full.
  • Spoon strawberry blend over the top gently.
  • Top with lemon-lime soda.
  • Garnish with sugared cranberries or strawberries.
  • Add optional edible glitter for sparkle.
