Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1 cup frozen green peas
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cooked rice, peas, soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
