Description

These Salami Roll-Ups are the perfect no-cook appetizer or snack. With creamy, tangy cream cheese wrapped inside savory slices of salami and a touch of fresh spinach, they’re flavorful, protein-packed, and great for parties or low-carb snacking. Make them ahead and watch them disappear from the plate!


Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

20 slices salami (Genoa or hard)

1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

Toothpicks or small skewers (optional)


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

2. Lay out the salami slices flat on a clean surface.

3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each slice.

4. Place 1–2 spinach leaves on top and press them gently into the cheese.

5. Roll each slice tightly into a log.

6. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes.

7. Slice into bite-sized pieces if desired, securing with toothpicks.

8. Serve cold and enjoy!
