Ingredients

Scale

12 pretzel slider buns

1 pound sliced corned beef

6 slices Swiss cheese, halved

1 cup sauerkraut, well-drained

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.

2. Slice the pretzel slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in the dish.

3. Spread Thousand Island dressing on the bottom halves of the buns.

4. Layer sliced corned beef evenly over each bun, folding as needed.

5. Spoon drained sauerkraut over the meat layer.

6. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each slider.

7. Cap each slider with the top half of the pretzel buns.

8. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder, dried parsley, and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.

9. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.

10. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.

11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

12. Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

13. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Press the sauerkraut with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and avoid soggy buns.

If using store-bought dressing, taste and adjust saltiness before assembling.

For the crispiest top, don’t skip the final uncovered bake.
