- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Freeze chopped mangoes and strawberries for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Blend frozen mango with lime juice and sweetener until smooth.
- Transfer mango mixture to a freezer-safe container.
- Blend strawberries with lemon juice and sweetener until creamy.
- Spoon over mango layer and swirl gently or layer evenly.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Serve with optional garnishes like mint, coconut, or extra fruit.
