Mango Layer:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped (or 2 cups frozen mango)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Freeze chopped mangoes and strawberries for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Blend frozen mango with lime juice and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Transfer mango mixture to a freezer-safe container.
  4. Blend strawberries with lemon juice and sweetener until creamy.
  5. Spoon over mango layer and swirl gently or layer evenly.
  6. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Let sit 5–10 minutes before scooping.
  8. Serve with optional garnishes like mint, coconut, or extra fruit.
