Whether you’re planning a party, game night, or simply craving something sweet and salty, this fun twist on a classic cheese ball will hit the spot. It’s a perfect option for quick breakfast, easy dessert ideas, or sweet party food ideas. Serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, or fruit slices and watch it disappear!

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

1/2 cup crushed peanut butter crackers or pretzels

2 tablespoons caramel sauce, for drizzling

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften fully at room temperature.

2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.

3. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar, mixing until fluffy.

4. Stir in vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s.

5. Place mixture onto plastic wrap, form into a rough ball, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6. Once firm, roll the cheese ball in a mixture of extra Reese’s, chocolate chips, and crushed crackers.

7. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with caramel sauce.

8. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or cookies.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese and avoid natural peanut butter.

Coat with toppings just before serving to maintain crunch and freshness.

Add caramel drizzle right before serving to prevent it from soaking into the coating.
